It’s not just distance, it’s what’s called trust that goes a long way. Distance is more than miles & miles apart. It’s more than just two people being so far away from each other, and not getting to see each other the next day. Distance is the thing that fears us the most when we need to trust. The distance between really good friends could turn into the distance between strangers beginning to fade. It’s something different, it’s something that I never want to face. Friends come & go, y’know? It’s hard to keep them in your life, right there with you. But.. even if they’re not there with you in person, it’s really true that they will always be in your heart. They came into your life for a reason and a purpose, if they made you smile, that’s all the purpose they can give. Someone to make you happy for a moment. Even if they leave, that memory can be eternal. You just have to remember the memories.
